| Yes, photographic images are considered owned by the subject, unless that subject signs a release. On a related note, the bonehead who runs "Girls Gone Wild" went to jail for this very reason (well that and getting releases from minors-who can't enter into contracts). Militarily he's in violation of General Order 1 concerning the possession and transmission of porn in Iraq (nude photos of themselves aren't "porn" but what he did with them IS). Additionally, he can be prosecuted under Article 134 Conduct Unbecoming an Officer. Don't forgive him, don't let him apologize, don't listen to his BS excuses. Get a divorce lawyer, document all this-even if you feel embarrassed YOU are the victim here. THEN contact your post JAG or his Commanding Officer ( I would go AT LEAST to Battalion or even Division with this.)
